interested in living in this home for a couple of years in

office, a sunroom, 4 baths, a spacious mother-in-law suite
on the lower level with a private entrance, all appliances
including a Wolff Range and front loading washer/dryer, 3+
car garage with room for tinkering, shed and nice neighbors
on an “island” subdivision /cul-de-sac. You will
be responsible for keeping the place in great
shape—mowing, snow removal, a little preventive
maintenance (furnace filters, gutter clean out, etc.),
