Manager:
Steve Boehm, manager of Angelus
Downtown Waupaca Apartments, has enjoyes 31 years as a
Journeyman electrician and considers his manager role as a
semi-retirement job. At 56 Steve still loves to stay
active with general maintenance of the building and
interacting with all of the residents.
Some of
Steve intrests are fishing, gardening, traveling, and
maintaining a small 100+ year old farm with his wife
Sandy.
