 Andrea (Andi) Simmons has been in the real estate business since 1985 when she began as a leasing consultant at a large community in Madison, Wisconsin. Andi has worn many hats over the years and most recently worked as Director of Development for a Midwestern developer of assisted living facilities. She is proficient in the areas of apartment property management, older adult housing and assisted living, motivation and training of leasing and sales staff, feasibility analysis, condominium conversion and management, identification and development of real estate, TIF, financing and due diligence. Fondly known as the “Queen of Follow Up”, customers delight in working with her. Andi has been a Realtor and licensed Real Estate Broker since 1986 and an Accredited Residential Manager since 1991. Tricia Redeker

Tricia brings to Wynneward and strong emphasis in customer service. Her career path began with a degree in culinary arts and hospitality. With that, she has been motivated to provide all of her clients with the best possible care. She has been a licensed real estate agent since 2003 and currently holds her broker’s license. Her main expertise is in the area of property management and real estate sales in the Northeastern part of the state. She has worked in Appleton, Menasha and Sheboygan. Her expertise lies within the Sheboygan area and condominium rentals and sales. She has been property manager of communities ranging from 41 to 147 units and has had her hand in condominium conversion projects. She is the one to go to if you would like to be treated with respect, honesty and professionalism and definitely if you are seeking help in the northeastern territories!

Greg Hartmann

 Greg Hartmann is a licensed Real Estate Broker and has been working in the real estate field his entire professional career. Greg’s most recent experience includes developing mixed-use urban infill projects throughout Wisconsin for a local developer. As an Urban Development Specialist, Greg has worked with apartment, condominium, retail and office projects streamlining land identification, financing, development, lease up and ongoing management.
Jim Zallar
Property Manager / Real Estate Broker Associate
 Communication. During college Jim did a year long internship for PBS-eight in Duluth Minnesota, as their promotion intern. His primary responsibilities were to write press releases and put together marketing materials for local programming. This knowledge of marketing sets Jim apart from other agents and property managers in the competitive real estate market.
For the past several years, Jim has worked in property management and real estate, managing apartments, condominiums and condominium conversions. Jim is excellent at leasor training and his closing skills are outstanding.
